About Me
I have been a personal trainer for 17 years and opened three gyms, in that time I have worked with 1000s of clients helping them change their physique and lifestyle.
With such a love for training this year I started competing in bikini competitions (bodybuilding) something I now enjoy and look to progress.
I have a huge passion for dressage, I compete regularly qualifying for the nationals and I also train equestrians.
